Miroslav Mitrofanov

Miroslavs Mitrofanovs or Miroslav Mitrofanov, ((ロシア語:Мирослав Борисович Митрофанов)), (born December 18, 1966 in Daugavpils, Latvia), is a Latvian journalist and politician, Member of the 7th and 9th Saeima for For Human Rights in United Latvia. Co-chairman of ForHRUL since 2011.
1991 — received degree in biology at the University of Latvia.
1991—1994 — journalist of Russian newspaper "Dinaburg" in Daugavpils.
1998—2002 — member of 7th Saeima from ForHRUL.
2002—2004 — advisor of ForHRUL group in Parliament.
2004—2006 — working in the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament.
2005 — elected to Daugavpils City Council and becomes deputy of mayor. Elected chairman of international NGO European Russian-Speakers' Alliance.
2006 — elected to 9th Saeima (serving until 2010).
2011 — elected co-chairman of ForHRUL.
